Shipping Info: We are located in Philadelphia. All US orders are shipped via US Postal Service media mail with tracking. If you prefer/need faster delivery, please send us a message with the specifics and we will be happy to accommodate you.

International buyers -- Shipping costs are estimates. After your order is placed, we will obtain a quote from our shipping partner. If the cost is less than what you paid, you will be refunded the difference. If the cost is more than what you paid, we will send a payment request for the additional amount. If you do not wish to pay the additional expense, we will issue a refund in the amount of your purchase.

All international orders are sent via US Postal Service first class mail.
Return Policy: We ship only new merchandise, with tracking, and are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

All vinyl is carefully packaged and shipped in standard record mailers. We label all vinyl packages as "fragile" to encourage more cautious handling by delivery personnel.
